Ohio University is a public research university and its main campus is based on Athens, Ohio, United States. The institution is a member of the University System of Ohio and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and classified among “R1: Doctoral Universities with a Very high research activity”. It is the oldest and best valued public university in Ohio. The university has been at the forefront of groundbreaking advancements in varied scientific and technological areas making the university based Russ College of Engineering and Technology a home to some of the highly ranked programs in the traditional fields of engineering at higher level of study.

For entry into a graduate program, the general requirement asks an applicant to possess an IELTS of 6.0 overall and each or TOEFL of 70 with no bands less than 15 (17 in Writing) or Duolingo test of 110 overall and each. Documents must be evaluated by a NACES member. Tuition fees comes at 17 to 18,000 USD per year.
