University of Europe for Applied Sciences is a vibrant and a dynamic private university with its’ main and administrative headquarters in Iserlohn and other campuses in Berlin, Potsdam, Hamburg and Dubai. Formed in 2017 by the merger of Business and Information Technology School and the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule with the final name as the University of Applied Sciences Europe. The university, previously owned by the American company Laureate Education, since 2018, is in acquisition by the Global University Systems.

The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) is also known to benefit business students from their exclusive collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Europe Amsterdam during which, as a part of their studies, the students will have the opportunity to take part in Amsterdam Shorts Week – a unique short-term international learning experience.

University of Europe for Applied Sciences has been the first official university partner of one of the most recognized German football clubs in the world: Borussia Dortmund (BVB). In addition to this, the cooperation is to render advantage of a BVB scholarship which covers 100% of the tuition fees. 

The institution is known to offer programs in Arts & Design, Business & Sport, Tech & Software, Health & Psychology including Dual programs in Business, Digital Marketing, Software Engineering, Hotel Management and Event Management. The research focus, on the other hand, is on technological advances in areas of health, well being, design, business and technology.

Standard fees per year for Bachelor degrees generally comes at 12,700 Euros. Master’s programs of 60 ECTS comes at 13,600 Euros. On the other hand, the cost of dual programs comes at 690 Euros per month. The tuition fees are also supported through scholarships making the already reasonable fees more affordable. In addition, entry into the university program is flexible with most courses requiring an IELTS of only 5.5 and ranges up to an IELTS of 6.0. The university also accepts PTE, TOEIC, TOEFL, Duolingo and Password test as a part of English language evidence making the tests options varied for international students.

The collaboration with renowned companies, easy employability after graduation, diverse location, and the course accreditation by recognized professional bodies is what makes the institution one of the pursued university amongst international students.
