When one is entering Finland for a higher education degree, they will be granted an A permit, that is, a continuous residence permit. Specifically, one should make sure that he/ she meets the requirements for a residence permit before he/ she applies to study in Finland. Students may work in paid employment for a maximum of 30 hours per week on average.

- Proof of adequate finance to cover your first-year tuition fees + living expenses (560 Euros per month)
