· Long-stay Visa equivalent to a residence permit (VLS- TS) allows international students/ foreign nationals to stay in France longer than three months.
· To stay in France after graduating, non-European students must have a promise of employment or a work contract and be paid at least one and a half times the minimum wage (2,220 euros gross per month in 2017).
· Family reunification: bringing partner and children to France is actually possible if one is a-
a.) Foreigner &
b.) Living legally in France for at least 18 months
Conditions to be fulfilled- majorly being, submission of CERFA form including other supporting documents (residence permit including housing criteria) to the Territorial Directorate of the OFII (French Office for Immigration and Integration)
