While applying to any European country as the Norway may sound as an easy task, however, there are some certain trajectories applicants wanting to study in Norway must follow. Primarily, the place of study, as in the institution the applicant is applying for; should be listed in the accredited institutions in Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NOKUT). Working rights are granted, however the limit is only 20 hours per week (including remote work) and full-time during holidays.

For a Student Visa, core documents required includes;

 Adequate proof of finances covering tuition fees + living expenses (NOK 13,790 per month or NOK 151,690 per year)
 Proof of Accommodation
 Proof that the applicant is not prohibited to enter into Schengen area.
 Application Fees of NOK 5,400
 UDI Studies (Norwegian Directorate of Immigration)- Application for Study Permit
