Some of the basics about AIP Atlantic Immigration Program of Canada

AIP Atlantic Immigration Program provides pathways of permanent residence to skilled foreigners/ international graduate from a recognized post- secondary institution on a condition that they have to live and work in one of these provinces of Canada- Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland & Labrador. The main objective of this immigration program is to hire competent candidates for jobs the provinces haven’t been able to fill in locally.

For this, the skilled foreigners/ international graduates must receive a letter of job offer from a relevant employer plus a letter of referral from Atlantic Province. Language test should be submitted while applying for this immigration program requiring a CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 4 or 5, along with financial evidences to support oneself and application fees of $1,525.
